Almost Family (AFAM) bucks market trend
Bull markets usually begin after the market begins healing: Institutional investors start accumulating stock. You begin to notice that some stocks buck the market’s downtrend and form tight, low-volatile patterns. Another sign of a new bull market is that a few perky growth stocks begin poking their heads up.
I just completed an aggressive growth scan of the US market and it appears the healing process isn’t well advanced. The only stock that looked vaguely appealing was Almost Family (AFAM). Even then, the price is a bit too extended.
